Wilson Point Residence
Originally constructed in the 1950s, this dramatic renovation transformed a battered kit house into a contemporary home with an expansive open floor plan, outdoor entertainment, and additional living spaces desired by a family of six. Locked into the footprint due to the expansive bedrock on the property, our design skillfully extended the floor plan to take advantage of the best views and offer privacy for outdoor enjoyment. Modern amenities included a professionally equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a separate pantry, an au-pair suite, and an acoustically insulated playroom zone. The exterior siding and roofing are naturally weathered, high-efficiency, non-divided large windows fill the interiors with natural light, and the re-design site plan resolves stormwater run-off difficulties while offering privacy in the pool terrace.

“Stunning! Just stunning! I have a new screensaver.
But thank you so much for this Hanna. We’re in love.
And finally thank you for a tight, well-constructed presentation that we had zero issues understanding and envisioning. That’s not easy. Please share our gratitude with your whole team.
Thank you so so much for this. You have two extremely excited clients over here.
This is beautiful work. We are really happy with all the options — and thank you for answering all of our asks. — Jillian And Matt M. - Wilson Point, CT
