This property is located in the sought-after area of Monomoy, known as “Cross Creeks.” The house comprises a main building with four bedrooms, a guest cottage with two bedrooms, a pool, a cabana, and beautifully maintained landscaped grounds. The original main house, constructed in the 1940s, underwent a complete renovation that carefully preserved the original period features while incorporating modern amenities and finishes. As part of the renovation, the main house was modified, and a guest house with a yoga studio, a new pool, a spa, and a pool house were added.
