Boutique Hospitality Historic Rennovation
Commonly known as the “Holt House”, our most recent project features an in depth renovation of a historic building. Located in the town of Salisbury, CT, the original structure was built in 1833 and housed several commercial businesses throughout its’ existence. Before our clients became involved with the property, the structure was used as a hair salon, dog grooming establishment and has been a part of the town’s history for nearly 200 years. The town of Salisbury has been a leader in the state of Connecticut at preserving historic buildings under the Salisbury Historic District Commission which was established in 1970. The commission surveys specific buildings or regions and decides whether they should be placed under historic status.
