Anderson Center

Anderson Center

Anderson Center was built as part of the second phase of the initial master plan for the Greenfield campus. It includes a new 45,000-square-foot office building that was seamlessly integrated with the pre-existing offices via a pedestrian bridge. The new facility features physician suites, administrative offices, and a bistro court. Our team worked closely with a substantial donor to create a permanent installation for the generously donated works. The main objectives of the project were to adhere to LEED Silver standards, create architectural cohesion throughout the campus, and ensure uninterrupted operation of the existing facilities during expansion. Energy modeling forecasts a 30% reduction in energy costs thanks to the installation of a 36 kW photovoltaic array on the roof for onsite electricity generation.

“They were wonderful collaborators and deeply sensitive to our organization’s needs and the context of our site and campus. The project has been transformative for the neighborhood, and the art-infused common areas Hanna designed are beautiful and inspiring and communicate the importance of all aspects of our endeavor.
